Happy New Year

I literally can’t believe that were about to say goodbye to 2009. Who threw the clock out the window? It doesn’t feel like its been 365 days. Anyways this year has been life changing, I know who loves me for who I am, I know who my true friends are and I know that my family will always have my back. I can remember this time last year so clearly, I can’t explain it but Its so different in many different ways. Im exited for 2010. A new start. Everyone makes mistakes so Im not going to try and have a perfect year. I remember last year I cried at New Years because I didn’t want 2008 to be over. This year im probably going to cry again. Most likely happy tears, but also tears of fear of what 2010 holds for me. I wish the best to you all for 2010. As of tomorrow I won’t be online as much. So everyone reading this, have a happy 2010.

Merry Christmas

Wow has it really been a year? I think someone threw a clock out the window or something I mean common its just went by soo quickly. Anyways I just wanted to get my point across about something. At this time of year (especially this year) most of the time all you hear is kids telling parents what they want for Christmas. Okay so I was on a train about 2/3 weeks ago and there were 3 teenage girls sitting, around the age of 13/14. I couldn’t help but listen into there conversation, one of them said to another so what are you getting for Christmas, so then the girl she asked started listing everything she’s getting and then proceeded to ask the other two what they were getting. The third girl then said Christmas Isn’t about the presents its about celebrating the birth of Jesus. The other two girls just stared at the girl who said that as if to say, what the hell are you talking about. The girl then asked them if they even believed in God or Jesus, they both said No. I just want to say that the girl who ever she may be totally made me realize that Christmas is kinda taken for granted now a days. For most people its all about the presents. People who don’t even believe in Jesus are celebrating his birthday, whats up with that? I mean I know if your kid told you they didn’t believe in Jesus or God you would probably still get them something for Christmas because you wouldn’t want them to feel left out, but there’s plenty of kids out there who get nothing for Christmas, who actually believe in Jesus. I wish there actually was a real Santa Clause ( I hope no kids are reading this ). Does anyone else agree with me on that whole thing?
